AUTOGRAPH MAIL-IN POLICY

JerseyPOP is not responsible for damaged or lost items. We will make every effort to ensure your item arrives in the condition we receive it. If the talent cancels or has any unforeseen circumstances where your item can't be signed. You will be refunded the cost, minus the cost of return shipping when you paid at checkout. You are responsible for the proper shipping of the item. Please note that this is a service and accidents do sometimes happen from when the time your item is pulled out and put into the Top Loader/ Armor.

 

  • If you're mailing in a flat Funko box. It is best to use an Ultra Pro 11" X 17" Toploader to put the Box in for shipping.

  • If you're mailing in a full Funko box. It is best to use a Hard Stack or Armor to put the Box in for shipping.

  • Please make sure your item is packaged well enough. JerseyPOP is not responsible if your item gets damaged or lost.

SHIPPING POLICY
By placing a pre-order with JerseyPOP, you will have priority from our shipment in the way the order was placed. Barring any manufacturing mishaps/shortages/acts of god, you are essentially guaranteed the item you pre-ordered. Your pre-order will be shipped as soon as we receive stock. If you want the in-stock item immediately, please make separate transactions.

DAMAGE SALE POLICY

Funko POP! listed as DAMAGED has wear from a minor, moderate or severe flaw damage. From a crease, corner ding, tear, box-cutter scratch, sun fading to window scuffing.

CHASE POLICY
A Funko Pop Chase is a rarer version of a pop that is usually packed in a ratio of 1/6, meaning that for every 6 of a pop produced, they will make one “chase version” of the same pop. If we have 6 or more in stock and you buy 6 of the same Pop. You get a Chase. No more getting 6 common.

PRE-ORDER POLICY

  • We require that pre-order items are not ordered with in-stock items to help prevent any delay in the shipment of in-stock items.  

  • All pre-orders will be charged immediately at the time of purchase and not when the item ships and locks you in the way the order was placed.

  • All release dates are estimates from the supplier/manufacturer and are subject to possible delays and cancellations, if an item was canceled by the manufacturer, we will cancel and refund all pre-orders for that item.

  • Pre-orders are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse, however, if you order multiple pre-order items on one order, the order will not ship until all items are available

CANCELLATIONS
Any canceled orders prior to shipping will incur a 25% cancellation fee & a $10.00 restocking fee. Your refund will be subtracted from this cancellation fee.

RETURN & EXCHANGES
We do not accept any returns, exchanges, or credit. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.


BOX & PAINT CONDITION
Please note that you may not receive the item with the "perfect" box and "perfect" paint job. While we cater to many and do our best to hand pick the best items, there may be shelf wear, scratches, creases, cuts, small dents, bends and/or imperfections. If you seek the "perfect" box and paint job, we recommend shopping in person at a store or online where you can see actual pictures of the item you intend to purchase. Unfortunately, we will not be able to exchange items due to imperfections. By placing an order on our website, you understand and accept this policy.

 

INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR REFUSED PACKAGE
Please ensure you have the correct address prior to committing to your order. Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal of delivery, will have a minimum of a 50% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to appear after the product returns.

By placing any order with JerseyPOP, you are agreeing to all of the above terms and conditions. JerseyPOP has the right to cancel any order and refund your money. If the item is out of stock, any manufacturing mishaps, shortages, acts of god or if the item was listed or priced wrong.
